Our contracted nail technicians work on a rotating basis with their co-workers, following the order of clients on the daily sign-in list. While you may request a specific nail technician, they cannot skip any clients on the waitlist to serve you unless you have a pre-booked appointment with them. We appreciate your business and understanding.
